Steading Cottage is hidden away from sight amongst farmland, in a beautiful rural country location just 2 miles from the centre of Crieff. The cottage offers warm and friendly self-catering accommodation for rent for two, three or four people, right in the heart of Perthshire. This holiday cottage is ideal as a centre for your Scottish holiday activities, especially for outdoor lovers; golfers, fishermen and walkers.

Crieff is close to Comrie, Auchterarder, Gleneagles and Loch Turret is at the foothills of the Grampians - the 'gateway to the highlands', the river Earn flows through Crieff.

Steading cottage has been renovated, furnished and equipped to a very high standard, the accommodation is all on the ground floor - 'one of the best selfcatering holiday accommodation in Perthshire'. The cottage is part of a former Steading where the owners live - you will not find them intrusive and the property has been cleverly developed to give privacy and space.

The spacious self-catering holiday accommodation is all on the ground floor and is very comfortably furnished and well equipped. The large open plan sitting/dining room extends to approx 34 foot, has a cosy log burner at one end and an archway to a large area with a coombed ceiling, wooden floors, rugs and French doors that open onto a large patio area with views towards Ben Chonzie. It is extremely comfortable sleeping up to 4 adults, but is equally suitable for couples on a romantic break or a small group of friends holidaying together. Children are welcome too, and we are happy to provide a cot for a baby if requested in advance.

The property enjoys unspoilt views and has a courtyard garden with a patio, garden furniture and barbecue. A pet friendly cottage by arrangement, making it possible for you to travel with your dog.

The self-catering rental price is fully inclusive of all services and utilities. There are no hidden extra costs - included are wi-fi, heating, logs, bed linen, kitchen linen and final cleaning.
